Wherever required our ground force collects the data and keep them in order to process that for the next stage. Number of data collection tools and techniques are used depending upon the nature and accessibility to data. The choice of method is influenced by the data collection strategy, the type of variable, the accuracy required, the collection point and the skill of the enumerator. We always ensure that quality data is collected so that it can be used in most efficient way.

Digitization is the process of converting information into a digital format and a process by analogue content is converted into a binary code to be readable by a computer.

In this process required software is installed and the computers are connected to the server, all the networking, setting up the LAN, software installation and connecting them to the server are done by our experienced team members.

Digital content can be browsed easily, and can be searched, indexed or collated instantly. Most importantly, it can be linked to a whole ‘web’ of other content, either locally or globally via the internet.

Data Channeling is a process of using refined information to create powerful marketing strategies and to processes strategic initiatives to resonate with consumers and boost business .It is a process of sorting information to optimize data for specific tasks. In general, there are two ways of channeling: by ordering (arranging in a sequence by given criteria) and by category (grouping by similar properties). Also, data can be channeled in manual as well as computerized method.

Data processing is a process of carrying out of operations on data, especially by a computer, to retrieve, transform, or classify information. Data Processing Cycle is a series of steps carried out to extract information from raw data.  This process is carried out at the start of the day so that no time gets wasted by the DEOs (Data Entry Operators).

The benefits of data processing are that a company can get all the information in the standard digital format provided by the concerned company and that can help it to achieve its objective in stipulated time . The goals of the company are achieved when you have organized data to work on. You can concentrate on achieving the goals and making the company more competitive and successful.

In today’s modern era security and protection of data is a key issue for businesses to consider. There is a greater risk of paper documents being damaged, stolen or lost through fire, flood or theft. Documents that have been scanned and then stored digitally will last for a long time. These scanned documents won’t deteriorate over time, as is often the case when paper documents are going through different pairs of hands. Many years after a document has been scanned it will still remain in its original pristine condition.
